gRain - gRaphical independence networks in R

gRain in a nutshell

gRain is an R package for probability propagation in graphical independence networks such as Bayesian networks. gRain is part of the gR initiative and is available on CRAN.

Technical note: gRain uses Rgraphviz for displaying graphs. For installation of Rgraphviz please follow the instructions here.
