gRbase - A base package for gRaphical modelling in R

gRbase in a nutshell

gRbase is an R package on which several other graphical modelling packages (which includes gRain, gRim, gRc and mimR) depend. gRbase is part of the gR initiative and is available on CRAN. 

gRbase provides certain graph algorithms and functions for manipulation of highdimensional tables.

gRbase provides only limited modelling functionality, namely hierarchical log-linear models.
